❃ Dilophosaurus was a carnivorous dinosaur that lived during the Early Jurassic period. It was a theropod, which means it had two legs and walked on all fours. It was a medium-sized dinosaur, measuring about 20 feet long and weighing up to 1,000 pounds.
❃ The Dilophosaurus was a fearsome predator, armed with sharp teeth and two long, curved horns on its head. It also had a long, snake-like neck and a long tail. It was a fast and agile dinosaur, capable of running down its prey. It was a powerful hunter, preying on other dinosaurs and small animals.
❃ It is one of the most famous dinosaurs, thanks to its starring role in the classic 1993 movie we all know. In the movie, the Dilophosaurus is depicted as a much larger dinosaur, with the ability to spit venom at its enemies (whilst also sporting a frill). However, there is no evidence that the real Dilophosaurus had this ability nor feature.
