Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gagebeasleyshop.com or use the return request tools available through your customer account, where applicable.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is damaged
- Your item is defective
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

European Union Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our online cancellation and withdrawal process available through your customer account or via the withdrawal and cancellation links provided on our website.
Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your request.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Customers may inspect products as they would in a physical retail store. However, customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
No restocking fee will be charged for valid withdrawals exercised under the European Union's statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided to consumers under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact support@gagebeasleyshop.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
