They have reddish-brown fur, and their most distinctive feature is their golden snub-nosed. These monkeys are very social animals and live in troops of up to 500 individuals.
❃ These monkeys are polygamous, meaning that males will mate with multiple females. Females will give birth to one infant at a time, and the gestation period is around 170 days.
❃ The main threats to Golden snub-nosed monkeys are habitat loss and hunting. Their natural habitat is being destroyed as a result of human activity, such as logging and agriculture.
